Brushes I Can’t Live Without

The majority of my brushes are from Real Techniques but recently I brought a few from ZOEVA and Sigma which have now become brushes I now can’t live without!

My favourite is the ZOEVA Rose Golden Stippling Brush, it is so soft and was the first brush I tried form Zoeva and I was extremely impressed. It applied my foundation evenly and gave a high coverage. It is high quality making my foundation look flawless – much prefer this to my beauty blender. The fact it is rose gold makes it even better because it is so so pretty making me love it even more!

My next favourite is the Real Techniques Contour Brush which is part of their Core Collection which I have two of, I find that this contour brush has two purposes; one being to contour (as it is in the name…) but also to apply blusher to my face – in particular blush bricks. I find it is perfect for swirling around and capturing all of the different shades and I prefer using a smaller brush for blusher anyway and found this is one of my favourites.

Another favourite is the ZOEVA Luxe Highlight 105, this is perfect for highlighting and I prefer this over a fan brush any day! It makes my highlight look amazing everyday, it is so easy to use and so so soft. The density is perfect for a highlight brush – hence why I prefer this over a fan brush. I find you can apply highlight by seeping it across or packing it on with this brush which is perfect for when you want something subtle for in the day and something very glam for the evening!

My most recent favourite is the Sigma Blending Brush E25, this is a pricey one but it’s worth it. I don’t like to spend a lot of money on my brushes, I prefer spending money on the actual makeup however I made an exception for this brush. I needed a good blending brush and read some amazing things about this one and I am so glad I brought it. I use it for a bit of everything when it comes to eyeshadow; crease colours, packing on colour to the lid, defining the corner – everything. This is an all round amazing brush!

My last favourite is the ZOEVA Contour Shader 235, this is another favourite of mine. Perfect for defining any eye look as well as highlighting the brow bone. I have created many looks with this brush as it is so good when you need precision. Again, the brush is so soft and so easy to wash too!

As you can see, I am a fan of ZOEVA brushes and really want to try some more from their ranges! I hope you enjoyed reading about my current holy grail brushes. Thank you for reading!
